Our Services and Ordering

How To Order
Add orders to your shopping cart by selecting how many of each item and clicking the "Add Item to Cart" button located next to each product design.  When you are ready to check out, click Shopping Cart located in the column to the left of the product images pages.  Your shopping cart link will show the number of items currently contained in your cart.  The list of product categories below the shopping cart allows you to go directly to another category and continue shopping. 

 

Because each piece is handcrafted...
sometimes we have a piece in stock, ready to ship, and sometimes we'll need to handcraft it when you order it.  If we have the piece in stock, we will ship it within 2-3 business days.  If we will need to craft it when you order it, please allow up to two weeks for us to craft and ship it.  We will, of course, notify you right away if your piece will need to be scheduled for crafting, and ship any available pieces we do have on hand right away with remaining pieces backordered.  Once those are shipped, you will be notified they are on their way.  We appreciate your support of handcrafted jewelry arts. 

 

Payment Method
We accept PayPal payments.  You do not have to have an account with PayPal... your MasterCard and Visa are welcome here.  When you are ready to check out you will be directed to our account at PayPal where you can enter your information on a secure connection... we never see your account number or information, so it cannot be retained in our records.

Shipping
All products are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail (USPS) or other select delivery services within one week of receiving your order, depending on availability due to all design pieces being made by hand by K.C. in her Oakland, California studio.  If you are ordering more than 10 items or need an expedited delivery, please send an e-mail inquiry to the e-mail address above.

 

We ship FREE to all 50 United States.  International shipments require additional shipping fees, so if you would like your order shipped internationally, please let us know where it needs to be shipped, and we will e-mail you with the additional fees necessary to process and ship your order.  Those fees may also be paid by PayPal and will need to be received before your international order can be shipped. 

 

Warranty
Our jewelry creations are guaranteed for quality and workmanship for 30 days, regardless how how much you wear it.  If a piece becomes damaged or breaks during that time, please notify us by e-mail and ship it back to our studio (see address under "Contact Us") at your cost.  We will either repair or replace the piece at no charge and ship it back to you.  After 30 days, pieces which are damaged or broken will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, and any damage found not to be caused by manufacturing defect may be repaired or replaced at a reasonable cost to the customer or, if the customer declines to accept responsibility for the cost of repair or replacement, the piece shall be returned to the customer "as is".  We strongly recommend that our art jewelry pieces not be subjected to water immersion or harsh detergents, as many of our design components contain delicate foils, finishes and crystal properties that can be damaged by saltwater, chlorine, hard water mineral deposits, detergents or other corrosive or damaging elements.  If there is any question as to the nature of the concern affecting your particular piece, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
